On October 11th, Feng Xiaochun, Secretary of the Yixing Municipal Party Committee, Liu Ying, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Municipal People's Government, Jin Lei, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Municipal People's Government, Zhou Xueqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yixing Environmental Science Park, and other leaders of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government visited the Hupan Guangxin project site for research. Afterwards, he accompanied Secretary Feng Xiaochun and his delegation to visit the first phase of the construction results of the ultra high definition and high brightness silicon-based OLED micro display (12 inch production line) project. Secretary Feng and his delegation focused on researching the construction status of the production line.

The 12 inch production line of Hupan Optoelectronics aims to create a "5G lighthouse factory". Yang Guangming, the Chief Technology Officer of the Institute of Electronics, introduced its construction plan to the secretary and his delegation. This 12 inch production line is the industry's first lighthouse factory mass production line empowered by China Electronics Institute and built using digital means. It is an innovative achievement in the construction of silicon-based micro display production lines in China. The automation level of production line distribution can reach up to 85%, leading the industry level and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Secretary Feng highly affirmed the progress of the project construction and requested that "relevant departments and sectors should strengthen coordination, communication, and close cooperation, increase the guarantee of factors, timely solve the difficulties and problems in the project construction, and create a good environment for the project construction". This survey demonstrates the importance attached by the Yixing Municipal Party Committee and Government to major industrial projects, and will promote the continuous advancement of Hupan Optoelectronics in the field of silicon-based microdisplays, injecting strong impetus into the industrial upgrading of Yixing City.
