Lakeside Optoelectronics was invited to participate in the "5G Application Innovation Ecology Conference"

Hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province and undertaken by China Unicom, the 2019 World Internet of Things Expo - China Unicom 5G Application Innovation Alliance Member Conference was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu.

Lakeside Optoelectronics Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was invited to become the governing unit of the alliance council, and Wu Di, chairperson and general manager of the company, attended the first council of the first alliance.

This alliance meeting aims to jointly innovate, integrate and empower, focus on key industries, create a trillion-dollar new market for 5G applications, build a new ecosystem for the 5G industry, establish a new benchmark for 5G companies, build a new 5G business model, and create a new future for the 5G industry. At the meeting, 688 companies have joined the alliance to jointly create a "testing ground for the new blue sky and an incubator for unicorns".

Relying on the China Unicom 5G Application Innovation Alliance, the conference held the first member meeting, released the latest 5G application success of the alliance, shared the experience of 5G industry application innovation, and established the Alliance 5G Venture Fund relying on the 5G industry chain. The scale of funds reached 10 billion RMB.

By participating in this conference, the company will deeply integrate into the 5G ecological group, laying the foundation for the next development, and will provide technology-leading AR/VR micro-display chips for the members of the "China Unicom 5G Application Innovation Alliance", which will form a good support for the development of the industry.

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission officially released the "List of Major Projects in Jiangsu Province in 2025" and the "List of Key Industrial Projects for Private Investment in Jiangsu Province in 2025", with a total of 700 projects shortlisted. These projects cover multiple fields such as semiconductors, new materials, high-end equipment, and new energy, including 36 integrated circuit projects. The Phase I project of HuHu GuangXin silicon-based OLED microdisplay is fortunate to be selected as a major integrated circuit project in Jiangsu Province, and it is also the only silicon-based microdisplay project among them.
